What does a rental day entail?
- 1 day is from 9:00 am (Sunday 10:00 am) to a maximum of 8:00 pm. 2 days means the 2nd day 8:00 pm return. 1 week means the 7th day 8:00 pm return.

Can I also make a reservation by telephone?
- No, reservations can only be made online via our reservation system or at our store. You must also pay in advance. As soon as the payment is completed (this can sometimes take a while), the reservation is recorded.

Can I make a reservation in the store?
- Yes, that is possible. You must also pay in advance.

Can I make a reservation online for today?
- Yes, this is possible during the summer season. This is not possible during the winter season, it can only be done at least one day in advance.

How far in advance do I need to book?
- In winter you can reserve up to 1 day in advance. In summer this is also possible on the day itself, but here too it is first come first served. The reservation system indicates when bikes are gone. There are often still a few left but they cannot be reserved.

Can the dog also ride in the E-cargo bike?
- Yes, the dog is also allowed in the E-cargo bike, make sure the dog doesn't jump out or rent a dog cover! Or a dog trailer perhaps?

How do we take the baby?
- Small children can go in a seat, trailer or in the E-cargo bike. Babies/children up to 1.5 can best go in a trailer. (when booking you can add the baby seat to the available options for babies)

Can a trailer also be attached to an e-bike?
- Yes, we also make the trailers for our E-bikes (think about the speed). We do not do them for the Tandems and E-cargo bikes.

Can I also attach a trailer to my own bicycle?
- Yes, that is often possible, but not always (not with an E-bike with a rear-wheel motor, and the more expensive the bike, the more difficult it becomes).

Do you also deliver the bicycles?
- Yes, we have recently started delivering on location, but from our shop we can provide you with a suitable bike with all the necessary service. When making a reservation, you can also add delivery. The costs for this are €15 per bike. Please read the conditions carefully first.
