Rental conditions of bicycle rental company Harry's Tweewielers.

COLLECTION OF RENTAL MATERIALS1.1 The tenant is deemed to have received the rented materials in good condition. The lessor is deemed to have delivered the rented materials in good condition.1.2 Payment is made upon collection of the rented materials. When making a reservation, you pay in advance.1.3 Proof of identity is required upon receipt of the rented items.1.3 Early return of the rented materials does not entitle you to a refund.

USE OF RENTAL MATERIALS2.1 The rented materials must always be locked with all the locks provided.2.2 The rented materials may not transport more people than the seats provided.2.3 The rented materials may not be placed on the beach. With the exception of beach wagons.2.4 The bicycle must be used normally.2.5 The lessor is at all times entitled to confiscate the rental materials in case of suspected misuse.

COSTS, DAMAGE, LOSS AND THEFT3.1 The renter is fully liable for damage to or loss of the rented materials or parts thereof. The costs involved are determined by the lessor according to normal standards.3.2 The renter is liable for damage to the rented materials during the rental period. Any damage incurred must be reported and the repair costs must be paid at the latest when returning the rented materials.3.3 The lessor cannot be held liable for damage caused by and with the rented materials.3.4 In the event of theft, the renter is obliged to contact the lessor immediately.3.5 In the event of a breakdown on the road, the renter must first contact the lessor.3.6 If you participate in the Rent A Bike Safe Plan, all the costs mentioned in point 3 above will be waived. The renter's deductible in this case is:* €25 for a handcart, trailer or bicycle.* €50 for an electric bicycle, tandem or ATB.* €100 for an electric cargo bike.The Rent A Bike Safe Plan does not reimburse:* Damage caused to third parties by the rented materials.* If the damage is caused intentionally and/or recklessly.3.7 In the event of theft of the rented material and a report of theft can be submitted.

CANCELLATION4.1 The following cancellation conditions apply to advance bookings:* More than 60 days before the start of the rental period: 50% refund.* More than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 90% refund.* Between 30 and 9 days before the start of the rental period: 70% refund.* Between 8 days 24 hours before the start of the rental period: 50% refund.Less than 24 hours before the start of the rental period: no refund, but free rescheduling (within the booked year)4.2 The following cancellation conditions apply to participants in the Rent A Bike Safe Plan:* More than 60 days before the start of the rental period: 50% refund.* More than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 90% refund.* Between 30 and 9 days before the start of the rental period: 70% refund.* Between 8 days 24 hours before the start of the rental period: 50% refund.* Less than 24 hours before the start of the rental period: no refund, but free rescheduling (within the booked year)

RETURN OF RENTED MATERIALS5.1 The rented materials must be returned to the lessor no later than the agreed time.
