We believe it is important that you know where you stand.

Read the steps carefully.

You activate the bike by turning on the switch at the back at the bottom of the battery. The rear light will now light up and will burn continuously while riding. (Older models still have a key switch on the left side, this has 3 positions *left turn = battery released position *middle = battery locked position *3 right turn = activate the rear light will light up) Now press the middle button on the mini display for 1 second, the display will light up. 4 blocks on the left side indicate that the battery is full, this will decrease blocks during the ride. The first block can take quite a long time. 1 block on the right side indicates that the support is in position 1. This is the position for riding away and also making long trips. (80 km is easily feasible in this position). With the plus and minus arrows you can adjust the support to your liking up to 4 blocks. (Remember, it will now go very fast and consumption will therefore also increase considerably, riding away only in position 1). Front light. Hold the up arrow button for a moment (remember that the support does not go up unnoticed). Reset trip counter, Press the middle button on the display briefly, the total distance changes to daily distance. Now hold the middle and the bottom button until the trip counter is at 0000.

Locking the bike correctly is important!

When the bicycle is not in use it should always be double locked with the chain (for older models also remove the battery key in the middle position).

Charging works as follows.

When renting for multiple days, you will receive a charger. After the ride, let the battery rest for a while (15 min). Plug the charger with the 3-pin plug on the right rear side into the battery. Then plug the plug into the socket. The light on the charger will now light up red. When the light turns green, the battery is full again. (For chargers with 2 lights, charging red twice is full, red and green is full) To remove the battery, the bike must be locked. With the 2nd key in the battery to the left, it can be released. Then you can slide the battery out (sometimes a bit heavy). You can now charge the battery inside. After charging, slide the battery back into the sled properly and calmly and lock it again.

In case of failure, first try:

If the rear light is on but the display does not come on, check whether the battery is properly connected to the sled. In case of other problems, please contact the rental company.

You activate the bike by turning on the on/off switch on the right side of the battery holder under the handlebars. 5 blocks at the top indicate that the battery is full, these will decrease during the ride. On the left side, the support is indicated with blocks. Set this to position 1 to drive away and also make long trips. (80 km is easily feasible in this position). With the plus and minus arrows you can adjust the support to your liking up to 3 blocks. (remember, it will now quickly go very fast and consumption will therefore also increase sharply, only drive away in position 1). With the lighting button on the display you can switch on the lighting. Reset trip meter, Briefly press the middle button on the display until the daily distance is displayed. (range is the distance still to be driven and ODO is the total distance) Now hold the middle button until the trip meter flashes. Now press the middle and plus buttons together until the trip meter is at 0000.

Charging works as follows.

When renting for multiple days, you will receive a charger. After the ride, let the battery rest for a while (15 min). Plug the charger into the battery on the left rear side with the white arrow at the top. Then plug the plug into the socket. The light on the charger will now light up. When the light goes out, the battery is full again. The battery indicator now shows 5 green lights. To remove the battery, the bike must be locked. By turning the 2nd key in the battery to the left, it can be released and you can slide the battery out to the side. You can now charge the battery inside (for this you need the separate adapter that is attached to the cord with a Tyrib). After charging, the battery can be placed back in the holder until it clicks back into the lock.

In case of failure, first try:

If the display does not turn on, check whether the battery is properly seated in the holder. In case of other problems, please contact the rental company.
